Maintenance, servicing & repair
From basic maintenance to complete overhauls, our watchmakers are here to take care of
your timepiece.
It is recommended to have your watch checked every three years by certified specialists and fully
serviced every five years.
A complete service involves both technical and aesthetic restoration. Once the case is disassembled,
each part is carefully
inspected, cleaned, repaired, or replaced if necessary.
We are also available for battery replacement or the adjustment of a mechanical watch.
Restauration
Every vintage watch carries a unique story and deep emotional value.
Servicing older models is often more complex than with newer ones, making restoration
sometimes essential.
Our certified watchmakers dedicate their full expertise to these timepieces, ensuring their legacy

Polishing & case refurbishment
Watch polishing is a service designed to restore the original shine by removing scratches and aesthetic imperfections. It applies to external components such as the case, bracelet, and clasp.
Water resistance check
A watch’s water resistance is not permanent. Over time, gaskets can deteriorate due to aging, frequent crown
use, shocks,
or external factors like sweat, cosmetics, or temperature changes.
It is therefore recommended to have the gaskets checked regularly and replaced if necessary.
We recommend having the water resistance tested annually.
Quality control
Our watchmakers perform rigorous quality checks at every stage.
In addition, supplementary checks are conducted in accordance with the specific procedures of each
partner brand.
Battery & strap replacement
To ensure your watch functions optimally day after day, we offer a battery replacement service.
Battery life varies depending on the type of watch and its energy consumption.
If the battery is depleted but the movement and gaskets are in good condition to maintain accuracy and
water resistance,
the watchmaker will recommend replacing the battery.
If you want to give your watch a new style or replace a worn strap, we are also at your service.
